Requirements:

Qualifications: High school diploma
Experience: Must have 1 to 2 years of working with a Certified travel associate (CTA) or certified travel counselor (CTC), preferred
Languages: Arabic & English
Duties:
The candidates are able to perform;
- Assist customers in booking flights by providing information on available options, schedules, fares
- To assist customers with their booking needs
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests related to flight reservations, seating preferences
- Answering customer questions, making travel suggestions & booking tooms and tickets
- Excellent communication skills
- Issue electronic tickets or paper tickets, process payments, and ensure that all necessary travel documents
- Able to work with minimal supervision & good customer service skills
- Ability to handle up-sell & knowledge of deals & savings available to clients
- Handle flight changes, rebooking, and modifications requested by customers due to schedule changes,
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, reservations, and ticketing transactions
- Processing payments & sending confirmation details to customers
- Making and conformation travel arrangements for visitors
- Ensure that the routes and time schedules of clients & make plans accordingly
- Assist customers with taking luggage and baggage check-in and check-out
- Provide valid and complete information to all people who want to know
