Requirements:

The following are the requirements to apply for Packing Helper positions in Dubai;

Qualifications: Possessing High School diploma with related certification

Experience: Must have at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the same profession

Languages: Arabic and English

Responsibilities:

Candidates performing the following duties;

• Safely and efficiently pack items, products, or goods into appropriate containers or boxes
• Inspect items for damage or defects before packing and report any issues to supervisors to prevent shipping damaged goods
• Affix shipping labels, barcodes, or other identification labels to packages, ensuring accurate and clear labeling for proper routing and tracking
• Assist in preparing shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations,
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Maintain accurate records of packed items and inventory levels
• Assist with the loading and unloading of shipping containers
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines
• Keep the packing area clean and organized, including disposing of packaging materials and waste properly
• Collaborate with colleagues and other shipping department staff to ensure smooth and efficient packing and shipping operations
• Time management and helping skills to carry out required work
• The physical stamina of candidates is good and attention to detail
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work on a tight schedule
• Ensure that all packed items meet quality standards and specifications outlined by the company and customers
• Showing good behavior while performing duties
