Requirements:

Following are the requirements to apply for the Indoor Sales Staff positions;

Qualifications: College-level education with certification/ diploma holder in the sales field.

Experience: Possessing 1 to 2 years of working experience in the same position

Languages: Arabic and English

Responsibilities:

The applicants are able to perform the following responsibilities;

• Responsible to sell products and services to customers
• Perform work either in an office environment or in-store retail area
• Also, primarily deal with walk-in customers or source sales through mail & call, etc
• Lead follow up calls and familiar with all sales-related problems
• Good communication skills are needed
• Outstanding interpersonal & indoor sales skills
• Able to convert re-qualified leads and generate new business with existing customers
• Use of upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience in this regard
• Develop, establish and maintain positive business & customer relationships
• Moreover, perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to proactive customers
• Promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Must complete assigned work in given time
