Requirements:
Following are the requirements to apply for Guest Room Attendant positions;
Qualifications: Possessing high school graduation degree with required diploma/ certification
Experience: Having 2 to 5 year of working experience in the same field under a reputed organization
Languages: Arabic and English
Responsibilities:
The candidates shall perform the following responsibilities;
- Responsible to perform activities in guest’s rooms on a regular basis
- Also, changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms
- Address customer complaints/ queries and make sure rooms are completely available for use
- Cleaning and sanitizing rooms, stairways, and guests areas
- Good communication skills to deal efficiently with guests/ customers
- Effective interpersonal skills are needed
- Wash windows, vacuum carpet, sanitize bathroom fixtures ad clean room furniture, etc
- Moreover, change bed lines and replace towels when they are dirty or not able to use further
- Mop, restock minibars and coffee bars, and serve tea to guests
- Provide fresh towels, freshly purified water, and bed tea in the morning
- Excellent time management skills and good physical strength to perform assigned work
- Able to keeping hotel rooms adequately stocked with supplies
