Requirements:

Following are the requirements to apply for Guest Room Attendant positions;

Qualifications: Possessing high school graduation degree with required diploma/ certification

Experience: Having 2 to 5 year of working experience in the same field under a reputed organization

Languages: Arabic and English

Responsibilities:

The candidates shall perform the following responsibilities;

• Responsible to perform activities in guest’s rooms on a regular basis
• Also, changing towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms
• Address customer complaints/ queries and make sure rooms are completely available for use
• Cleaning and sanitizing rooms, stairways, and guests areas
• Good communication skills to deal efficiently with guests/ customers
• Effective interpersonal skills are needed
• Wash windows, vacuum carpet, sanitize bathroom fixtures ad clean room furniture, etc
• Moreover, change bed lines and replace towels when they are dirty or not able to use further
• Mop, restock minibars and coffee bars, and serve tea to guests
• Provide fresh towels, freshly purified water, and bed tea in the morning
• Excellent time management skills and good physical strength to perform assigned work
• Able to keeping hotel rooms adequately stocked with supplies
