Requirements:
The following are the requirements to apply for Assistant teacher positions in UAE;
Qualifications:Â Graduation/bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects with diploma/ certification
Experience:Â Having 1 to 2 years of working experience in teaching
Languages: Arabic & English
Responsibilities:
The candidates perform the duties;
- Responsible to provide support to the lead teacher in charge of a classroom
- Also, apply teachers aides and perform AV aids to teach in a better way
- Getting the classroom ready for taking lessons
- Supporting teachers in managing class behavior & manage them in his absence
- Good communication skills in English
- Effective interpersonal skills are needed
- Assist kids who need extra support to complete educational tasks within the classroom
- Help students to read, write and learn some topics from the course content
- To plan learning activities and complete coursework in a running session
- Moreover, listening to the problems of students and trying to satisfy them in a positive manner
- Understand lesson plans and agendas and describe them to students
- Give proper guidance to kids if they are stuck on any topic
- Able to take a continuous class if the main teacher is not available
