Requirements:
Following are the requirements to apply for Pipe Fitter job positions in Dubai;
Qualifications: Possessing High school/ ITI certification
Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in the pipe fitting field
Languages: English and Arabic
Responsibilities:
To perform the following duties;
- Responsible for inspecting the workplace, clearing obstructions, and preparing materials
- Also, use & maintain pneumatic drill/ saws tools
- Good numerical & problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Respond to emergency calls as required at the work site
- Ability to arrange fittings as per the site & shop drawings
- Measure and cut pipes according to customer requirements
- Follow safety & health guidelines when dealing with dangerous equipment
- Installation of all kinds of pipes i.e. MS, MI pipes, stainless steel pipes, and GI pipes and their fittings
- Perform pipe threading activity using threading machine for this purpose
- Able to communicate to the foreman about any discrepancy at the site
- Moreover, to read drawings with detailed pipe size, valve location, and many other things
- Maintain accurate records on materials used form the store
- Ability to work in shifts and perform overtime on a regular basis
