Requirements:

The following are the requirements to apply for Cashier cum Counter Staff vacancies;

Qualifications: Must have high school/ equivalent certification/ diploma

Experience: Having 1 to 2 years of working experience as a Cashier in a well-known company

Languages: Arabic and English

Responsibilities:

The people who are applying will perform the following duties;

• Responsible for managing registers, including credit cards and cash operations
• Also, make reservations for customers/ guests
• Receive payments and present change to guests
• Take customer orders at the counter & try to provide them on time
• Good communication skills in the English language
• Outstanding interpersonal skills needed
• Appeal to impatient customers especially during rush hours
• Moreover, working functions as the host/ hostess of the Restaurant
• Ensure a balance of register at the end of the shift or working period
• Familiar with cash-related applications/ software and able to operate them
• Deal customers in a more polite and efficient way
• Reserve the seats and rooms at the Restaurant/ Hotel
• Must complete work daily and send a report to high-ups
