Requirements:
The following are the requirements to apply for general building construction supervisor jobs;
Qualifications: Secondary school graduation certificate is mandatory
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years experience in the building construction field
Languages: English
Duties:
The applicants must perform the following duties;
- Responsible for preparing production and other reports related to building construction
- Also, supervise workers, and projects and schedule different activities at the construction site
- Oversee apprenticeship training & estimate costs and materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective interpersonal & time management skills
- Recruit and hire workers & carry out related staffing actions
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed or not
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
- At least supervise 3 to 4 people at the time
- Working under pressure and using a hard hat during duty hours

- Establish methods to meet work schedules
