✔ Processing Payment Certificates 💳
One of the main responsibilities includes receiving and reviewing certificates of payments coming in from different project sites. Since the multiple operations (construction) are running simultaneously, you must be attentive to details so nothing goes missing. Every number, figure, debit note, approval must be entered into the Oracle System, only then the payments will be accurate, transparent and smooth.
✔ Subcontractor Account Management 💼
The accountant will manage the ledger and also track advances, recovery payments, guarantees, penalties, retentions, and security cheques. These records are more than just some financial entries, they are important and must be taken as that. Any mistake can cause multiple outcomes that will harm the subcontractor and the company.
✔ Monitoring Bank Guarantees 🏛️
